4.11Console errors (browser)

Type: no_console_errors. Checks: that the page logged no errors during the run. The console is where a browser reports problems with a page, such as broken JavaScript. Errors thrown by the page also count. This works on browser monitors only, and you add it through the API.

Operator and value: not used. Send any value, such as true.

When it fails: the message gives the number of errors and the start of the first one, cut to 80 characters. For example: 2 console error(s): Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined.

A browser monitor reports problems in this order: a page that does not load, then a failed step, then a failed assertion. Step messages number steps from 0, so the first step is step 0 (see chapter 7).
