12.2Choose what to show

You choose which monitors appear on the page. Each one gets a public name: the name visitors see for that monitor.

  1. Under monitors on the page, open the add a monitor… list and pick a monitor. A new row appears.
  2. In public name, enter the name visitors should see, such as Website or API. It starts as the monitor's own name.
  3. Use up and down to set the order. The page shows monitors in this order.
  4. Use remove to take a monitor off the page.
  5. Select save. Changes take effect only after you save.

Under each public name you see monitor: <monitor name>, so you know which monitor the row is. When every monitor is already on the page, the list reads every monitor is on the page.

Rules#

  • A page can show up to 50 monitors.
  • Each monitor can appear once.
