12.5Share your status page

Share your page's address with your customers:

https://www.obsrvly.com/status/<your-address>
  • To check the page and copy its address, save with Publish the page checked, then select the open link next to save.
  • Link to it from places your customers already look, such as your website, help pages and support emails.
  • When the link is shared in a chat app, the preview shows your title and description.
  • Anyone with the address can read the page. You cannot protect it with a password.

Change the address#

If you change the address, the old address stops working. Visitors who use it see There is no status page here. Update every link you shared.

Take the page down#

  1. Open alerting → status page.
  2. Uncheck Publish the page.
  3. Select save.

Within about a minute, visitors see There is no status page here. Your team keeps the address, so you can publish again later.
